Absolute Leadership Development is extremely fortunate to have a great board of directors. The individuals listed below are not just amply qualified for their positions, but are very passionate about the big picture of what Absolute represents.
Kelly Linton
Kelly, along with his wife Michelle, is the co-founder of Imaginate, an innovative business consulting firm based in Guelph, Ontario. Kelly has extensive experience in business process, change management and development. The corporate experience that Kelly brings to the Absolute board table is worth even more than his dry sense of humor.
Gerry Harbridge
Gerry is the founder of A/V communications and Comtech Solutions Canada. Gerry has over 30 years of business and entrepreneurial experience. Gerry now lives in Florida. (Especially in the winter - maybe he knows something that we don’t.) Gerry’s incredible knowledge of technology and business is an asset to the operations of Absolute.
Lorraine Zander
Lorraine is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of FAZE magazine, Canada’s largest youth magazine. Lorraine and her husband, Paul, live in Toronto, Ontario with their rare Amazon parrot, Koko. Lorraine brings a wealth of knowledge to the table in the areas of Marketing, Youth Culture, Media and Corporate Sponsorship. It is a little known fact that Paul is the Canadian doubles racquetball champion for his age group…. we are not sure what group that is.
Paul Breakey
Paul Breakey graduated from McMaster University in 1998 with an Honors Commerce Degree. He is a Chartered Accountant and is currently the Director of Finance for Avanade Canada Inc. (A Joint Venture between Accenture and Microsoft). Paul and his wife, Vicky, live in Mississauga and have one son. Paul says he is “keen to be involved in an organization that is so focused on encouraging Canada’s youth that they can truly influence amazing change in the world and that their hands and hearts can make a real impact”. Also, we think he enjoys the Swiss Chalet at the board meetings!
Ken Raymer
Ken has had many years of experience in the education field. Combining this with his knowledge of accounting and non-profit management, he has been foundational in the development of Absolute. Ken is the Secretary / Treasurer of a large Western Ontario based charity that oversees hundreds of charities and churches. Ken and his wife, Jane, live in Burlington, Ontario and are officially the only kayakers associated with Absolute.
